The purchase guide for overseas shipping will be communicated through Instagram DM.
- Deposit without bankbook
If payment is not made within 48hours of placing an order by bank transfer, the order will be cancelled.
- Returns & Exchanges
If the product is damaged during transportation, exchange or return can be made by e-mail within 48 hours of receipt.
In the case of card payment, it takes 3-8 days depending on the card company after cancellation of approval, and you can check the process by contacting the card you used.
- Cases where exchange/return is not possible:
- Products for which the exchange/return period has expired.
- Products with opened packaging.
- Pre-order items.
- Products that have been damaged or have defects due to customer negligence.
- Handcrafted figures may have slight paint smudges, minor scratches, surface bubbles, mold lines, etc., which are natural occurrences and cannot be exchanged or returned.
